Let your candle burn until the entire top has melted; this will guarantee that it achieves a full melt pool and burns evenly for the duration of its life.

Before relighting each time, all wood wicks should be cut to 1/4". We can use nail clippers or the wick trimmer.

Be careful not to over-light your candle (burning for longer than 4 hours at a time).

Be on the lookout. Place your candle in a visible area and away from anything that may catch fire.
